Slavica Robić graduated in 2006 from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing, University of Zagreb and received her master's degree in environmental change management from the Institute for Environmental Change, University of Oxford. Since 2006, she has gained significant experience on numerous local, national and international climate and energy projects. She is the author and co-author of numerous expert bases for policy proposals and strategic documents, and over the years she has also been engaged in 8 research and advocacy for the energy transition to a low (zero) carbon and just society fully adapted to inevitable climate change. She has participated in the design and implementation of a large number of various projects and has extensive experience in designing and implementing EU-funded projects (CARDS 2004, FP6, PF7, IPA, Erasmus+, Interreg, IEE, H2020, ESF, LIFE, etc.). At the Agency, she is a project manager and expert in the field of climate and energy, as well as a coordinator of activities for the area of Zagreb County.

REGEA, the Northwest Croatia Regional Energy Agency is a regional energy agency, which has been recognized as the centre of knowledge and excellence and has garnered numerous EU project references during the past ten years. The agency's work is focused on energy transition through the promotion of renewable energy sources and the implementation of measures for increased energy efficiency.
