Suvi Holm is the CEO of EcoFellows Ltd., bringing extensive expertise in energy efficiency and sustainability. She has been actively contributing to the field since 1999 as the Manager of the Tampere Energy Agency and Regional Expert for the Voluntary Energy Efficiency Agreements of Finnish Municipalities under the EU's Energy Efficiency Directive (EED). Since 2023, she has served as the Country Expert and National Hub for the EUCF (European City Facility) in Finland. Her leadership extends to delivering impactful learning sessions as part of the ManagEnergy Masterclasses.

Jesper Uunila is a Project Manager at EcoFellows Ltd. With a focus on technical and administrative aspects of energy initiatives, he manages the Regional Energy Advice Centre. Since 2023, Jesper has been the Country Expert and National Hub for the EUCF in 12 Finland, contributing to advancing energy and sustainability efforts. His role emphasizes collaborative project management to facilitate regional and municipal energy transitions.

EcoFellows is a nonprofit company owned by the city of Tampere, Tampere Power Utility and Tampere Regional Waste Management Ltd. The company was established in 2002 for promoting sustainable development. The main customers of the company are the owners, other municipalities and public organizations, e.g. ministries in Finland. The personnel of the company is about 30 people and the annual turnover is about two M euros. Tampere Energy Agency, established in 1999, was the starting point for the company.
