A business plan to…
The vision of our business plan is to provide the cooperative with a solid, realistic and shared framework to become a benchmark energy community, capable of developing, operating and sustaining local energy generation and local energy projects with social, environmental and economic impact. The plan seeks to organise growth, ensure medium- and long-term viability and strengthen cooperative governance, while enabling the entity to support other energy communities in their start-up. It is not just a question of installing renewable energy, but of building a replicable, transparent model rooted in the territory, which strengthens energy autonomy, citizen participation and local resilience.
"The ENERCOM grant will enable us to move from the idea to a solid foundation: testing the model with the community, reducing risks and designing a replicable project. The most innovative aspect is combining cooperative governance, local energy and support for other communities from within the region."
Antonio Soler - Development Director
Impact in the community
The expected impact on the community is a gradual reduction in energy bills, increased local access to renewable energy, and stronger citizen participation in energy management. The project will contribute to improving the region's energy resilience, generating local economic value, reducing emissions, and offering inclusive mechanisms that facilitate the participation of households, SMEs, and vulnerable groups in a fairer and more democratic energy model.
