A business plan to…

The project implements a mobile renewable energy lab (hybrid solar-wind with storage), showcasing energy resilience opportunities in rural areas and providing hands-on training for local communities. Key objectives Technological resilience: Demonstrating the stability of the hybrid system during the critical period (October–March), when energy demand peaks and renewable generation is at its lowest, within the context of an unstable electrical grid. Economic viability: Developing a return-on-investment (ROI) calculation methodology and a phased scaling model to guide future investments in other rural communities across Romania. Local development: Training a core group of local experts through courses and certifications (installers, maintenance technicians, infrastructure managers) to ensure long-term maintenance and project replication.

Cristiana SIMA

"Being part of an energy community means moving from being a passive consumer to an active participant who takes control of their resources. Our gain isn’t just a lower bill, it’s the assurance that the energy we use is produced right here, close to us, through technology we manage together to protect our future and the local resilience."

Cristiana SIMA - Chairman of the Board of Directors

Impact in the community

With its mobility, the lab provides direct access to green technology for schools and small businesses, while the step-by-step validated methodology reduces investment risks and transforms technical knowledge into a shared resource—supporting local energy independence.
