A business plan to…
The vision of the cooperative's business plan is to create a sustainable, bankable, and socially acceptable energy community that will become a local pillar of the region's energy transformation. The business plan aims to outline a realistic development path for an integrated system based on renewable energy sources, adapted to local conditions. The goal is to prepare a coherent investment model that will enable the effective mobilization of public and private funds while mitigating legal, financial, and organizational risks. The document is intended to serve as a basis for investment decisions by financial institutions, local governments, and cooperative members. A key element of the vision is the active participation of residents and local stakeholders in the project planning and implementation process.
"The ENERCOM Facility grant enables us to professionally plan the cooperative’s development – assess investments, optimise the RES mix and financial model. At the same time, it creates a framework for engaging residents who, by accessing locally produced energy at stable prices, gain real motivation to replace inefficient heating systems and reduce air pollution."

Impact in the community
The cooperative's activities will strengthen local energy security through the planned construction of a diverse mix of renewable energy sources, energy storage facilities, and the implementation of energy management systems. The project involves the active involvement of residents, which will increase its sustainability and scalability and contribute to the energy transformation of the entire region. Access to cheaper energy will improve quality of life, and the cooperative model will support cooperation and long-term community development.
