A business plan to…
Our business plan aims to establish a scalable citizen energy community that enables members across Austria to collectively produce, share, and optimise renewable electricity. By implementing a manufacturer-independent smart energy management platform, the project will coordinate photovoltaic systems, storage, heat pumps, and electric mobility across hundreds of metering points to maximise local self-consumption. The community model provides stable and affordable energy prices while strengthening regional value creation. At the same time, it integrates a social mechanism that allows surplus renewable energy to be donated to vulnerable households and charitable organisations, combining technological innovation with social impact and creating a replicable blueprint for energy communities across Europe.
Impact in the community
The project will increase local energy independence by maximising the use of renewable electricity within the community and reducing reliance on centralised suppliers. Members will benefit from more stable and predictable energy costs while contributing to climate targets through increased renewable generation and lower CO₂ emissions.
