Our business plan aims to establish a scalable, community-driven model for fossil-free mobility across Covasna County, supporting the transition toward sustainable local energy and transport systems. The vision is to enable institutions, SMEs, and communities to adopt electric mobility solutions through shared access, data-driven planning, and collaborative governance. The plan will assess technical, financial, and organizational requirements for long-term implementation, while strengthening local partnerships and community engagement. Ultimately, it will provide a clear roadmap to reduce emissions, improve mobility accessibility, and empower citizens and organizations to actively participate in building a resilient, clean-energy future.

Impact in the community

The project will help reduce traffic congestion, emissions, and dependence on fossil-fuel transport across Covasna County by promoting shared electric mobility solutions. It will support local institutions and SMEs in adopting sustainable transport alternatives, improve accessibility, and enhance quality of life. The initiative will also strengthen community cooperation, increase awareness of clean energy solutions, and provide a practical roadmap for scaling sustainable mobility across the region.
