A business plan to…

Our vision is to establish a scalable, democratic, citizen-led energy model in Croatia that places energy sharing among community members at its core. We aim to transition solar energy from a private asset into shared community infrastructure by developing a portfolio of roof-based solar projects on public buildings. By developing projects in several municipalities in Croatia, we will ensure financial viability and enable members to directly benefit from the energy produced by community-owned solar projects.

Impact in the community

Our projects transform citizens from passive consumers into active co-owners and decision-makers in the energy transition. By utilizing public rooftops, we keep the value of renewable energy within the local community rather than letting it flow to private investors. Key impacts are energy poverty alleviation through our Community Benefit Fund to support vulnerable households, building trust in collective action in Croatia and improving energy resilience in local communities.
