Inspired by the resilience and creativity of rural communities, and grounded in the work of the Latvian Rural Forum and REScoop.eu, the European Energy Communities Forum 2026 will connect people, places, and ideas; weaving a collective path towards a hopeful future.
This three-day event full of workshops, exchanges, and activities is a great opportunity to meet, discuss and strategise on ways to grow the energy democracy movement and unlock its full potential. Energy communities will gain tools and insights to develop their projects through diverse training sessions. Moreover, policy sessions will explore emerging challenges and opportunities, from the local to the European level.
The European Energy Communities Facility team will also be there, sharing details about the second call for proposals, which will be launched in May. Join us!
