Mazovia Energy Agency (MAE)

Bartosz Dubiński is the President of the Management Board of the Mazovian Energy Agency since August 2010. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and the Warsaw School of Economics, he also holds an Executive MBA from Oxford Brookes University. He has extensive experience in EU-funded projects, serving as a project evaluator, JESSICA loan fund manager, and coordinator of energy efficiency research projects. Between 2004 and 2010, he worked in local government, managing European Funds and developing strategic documents. He has also advised public institutions, enterprises, and NGOs on projects co-financed by the EU.
About Mazovia Energy Agency (MAE)
MAE is a Polish regional energy agency whose main objectives are: to promote the use of RES, to encourage the regional approach towards sustainable energy solutions and to increase the energy efficiency across a wide range of sectors and to promote innovative financing for the sector. The agency contributes to the development, implementation and monitoring of regional energy policies and strategies, coordinates energy activities and also supports local stakeholders in climate actions. MAE facilitates cooperation with partners from smaller municipalities, rural areas and bigger entities in Mazovia Region on a daily basis. Furthermore, MAE has a long record and vast experiences in national and international cooperation, implementing projects and participating in networks and programmes.
