Márton is the coordinator of the Transzformátor community energy facilitator team of the Solidarity Economy Center. He has been promoting a democratic energy transition in Hungary for more than a decade in both research and activism. His core competences include strategic planning, business model development, and democratic governance design.

About Solidarity Economy Center (SEC)

Solidarity Economy Center is a cooperative development agency building a solidarity economy ecosystem in Hungary, especially in the areas of energy, housing and labour organising. In 2022, SEC started Transzformátor to facilitate community energy model projects across the country. Transzformátor provides tailored assistance and capacity-building for both citizen-led and democratic municipal energy initiatives.
