Pierre Ståhl is a mechanical engineer with extensive experience across various sectors, he is deeply committed to sustainability, particularly in renewable energy. Since 2015, he has been involved in projects funded by EU, national, and regional programs, focusing on renewable energy, energy communities, sustainable transportation, and the circular economy. His core expertise lies in wind and solar power, as well as hydrogen and broader energy systems. 

From 2008 to 2015, he worked as a wind power/greenfield developer in southern Sweden, leading projects in the renewable energy sector. Additionally, he brings over 15 years of experience from the industry in diverse roles, further enriching his perspective on energy solutions and sustainable development.

The Energy Agency for Southeast Sweden was established in 1999 as an EU project under the Association of Local and Regional Authorities in Kronoberg. Since 2007 activities have been operated under the Energy Agency for Southeast Sweden Ltd. The company is jointly owned by an association where all regional councils, counties and municipalities in Blekinge, Kalmar and Kronoberg are members. The agency has during 20 years been involved in several hundreds of projects (national and international) connected to EE and RES measures including financing, development, implementation, capacity building and dissemination.
