Živa Majerič Vovk is an energy consultant employed at KSSENA since 2015. In charge of organizing professional energy excursions for foreign and domestic delegations and organizing other events and conferences, as she has accumulated a great deal of international experience in the past. Živa is responsible for supporting energy management activities and preparation of strategic documents in the field of EE and RES (REK, LEK, SEAP) as well as cooperation in the preparation of various studies and analyses in the field of energy efficiency and renewable energy sources.

About Energy Agency of Savinjska, Šaleška and Koroška region (KSSENA)

The Energy Agency of Savinjska, Šaleška and Koroška Region was established in 2006 within the framework of the Intelligent Energy Europe (IEE) programme, with its main founders the Municipality of Velenje (MOV), Municipality of Celje (MOC), Municipality of Slovenj Gradec (MOSG) and the Public Utility Company Velenje (KPV). The core business of Energy agency KSSENA is to provide expert services related to sustainable development in the fields of energy and mobility on the local and regional level, i.e. technical development of energy renovation measures and investment, feasibility studies, establishment of renewable energy production sites, development of local strategies (SECAP, Local Energy Concept, SUMP, etc.), community education and awareness raising. KSSENA has been an important advocate for energy communities in Slovenia, an area which is still very underdeveloped in our country.
