The Gobierno de Navarra annually launches a competitive grant call for local energy communities in Navarra, supporting both preparatory activities (community formation, legal set-up, feasibility studies) and capital investments (PV, storage, micro-wind). Grant intensity up to 80% of eligible costs for non-profit entities; per-project maximum €500,000. Published in the Boletín Oficial de Navarra (BON); the 2026 edition ran January–February 2026.

Applications submitted electronically via the Gobierno de Navarra portal. It requires legal constitution documents of the energy community, project description and technical report, energy production estimates, budget breakdown, and tax compliance certificates. All applicants must be registered entities in Navarra.
