Location: The project must be located within the Province of Groningen. Contribution: The project must demonstrably lead to energy saving or sustainable energy production. Financial Health: For loans above €50,000, a creditworthiness test based on annual accounts is required. No Early Repayment Penalty: Loans can be paid off early without a penalty.
